Stator Winding RTD
Thin RTD inserted between stator slots to monitor winding overheating in motors and generators. The whole body length senses temperature, giving an averaged reading.
Features
- Platinum, copper or nickel elements — thin and non-inductive
- Vibration resistant and withstands high voltage
- Sensing element extends through most of the body length to eliminate tip-sensing errors (ANSI C50-10-1990, Sec. 5.2)
- Gas/Air type, Slot type (large generators) · Chip type, Drawing type (medium & large motors)
